Visit the Park Lodge Home factory
Visit the Park Lodge Home factory:
Take a Dedicated 4 day Visit to see the factory in Alicante where the Park Lodge Homes are custom built..
We offer dedicated “factory visits” that will show you the difference between Park Lodge Homes and mobile homes. These visits are perfect for anyone who wants to see for themselves the build quality and materials used. You also get to meet the project team who can answer all your questions.
Over the three days you will be able to choose plans as well as decide how you want your home to be built. By the second day most people are very excited about what they can have built. By the third day a plan is formed and our design team will kick in with the finishing touches once you have returned to the UK.
The cost of a factory visit is only £79 per person to include airport transfers** as well as 3 nights hotel accommodation.
To start planning your visit simply search for the best low cost flights you can find first using our exclusive Flight Booking Service. You will need to book flights to Alicante that allow for a three night stay here in Spain.
As soon as you find ideal flights please give us a call on 0117 318 2188 with all the details. We will then make sure that everything required here in Spain is available. After that, you then go ahead and book your flights.
**Please note that should you book an early or late flight in or out of Malaga or Alicante airports and need collecting after 11pm or before 6am there is a £25 out of hours surcharge on each occasion.
To arrange a visit please telephone 0117 318 2188 if in the UK or (+34) 670 203 495 if in Spain. You can also use the contact form letting us know the dates you have in mind.
With luck during your visit a home will be nearing completion like this one. At any one time two homes are in production and a chassis is built ready for the next Park lodge Home build to begin. Being custom built we book clients in to build slots and their chassis build slots into the position to be constructed before the build slot date.
On all visits you can get to see the materials used in construction. Double glazed doors and windows from Germany, real slate finishes, choice of quality flooring and of course normal internal doors and custom built units. You will see why the homes are so special. Each home is custom built to your requirements. It all starts with a factory visit.

BUYING A NEW HOME
Buying a new mobile home or a custom-built Park Lodge Home is just as easy. It simply involves different processes. For UK manufactured mobile homes we recommend Willerby/BK Bluebird and Regal Leisure Homes.
Both manufacturers display show homes at various mobile home shows throughout the year, so you can always get to see the latest models. Regal Leisure also have the big advantage in that they are not far from Yeovil our UK base, which means we can easily arrange factory visits.
For Park Lodge Homes designed and built in Alicante it is a different process. Once a plot has been reserved you can start designing a home best suited to where it will be going. Where to put a French Door? Where the lounge should go? What view from the kitchen window?
To help you design your home we allocate a project manager to you. He will arrange a visit to the factory in Alicante so you can see for yourself all the choices you have. You can even start with a model already designed such as “The Windsor” and alter it to suit you.
No two Park Lodge Homes will look the same which means you can make the home into something special to you. You will also not be paying so much money to transport the home to the park as it will already be in Spain. This means more can be spent on the home itself.
New UK mobile home or custom built Park Lodge Home? The choice is yours after you have reserved your plot on either park. New homes require a 35% deposit and the balance paid once the home is ready to be transported.
WHY COSTA DIFFERENCE?
The name Costa Difference was chosen for a reason back in 2005. Costa as in Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca, and Difference because we want to show the difference between dedicated genuine residential mobile home parks and tourist camping sites that also allow mobile homes.
Making a difference is all down to being passionate in what we do. We are also working with park owners who share our passion. The result? We are showing two wonderful residential mobile home parks that are without doubt the best retirement parks that Spain has to offer.
Having chosen to represent residential parks only we are now tasked by the park owners to help people see for themselves if living in Spain is really for them. Spain does not suit everyone which is why that aspect of what we do is so important.
So where does our service start? We think that perhaps it has already started with you reading this and all the other information we have provided online. Maybe you now have some questions for us? If so please feel free to contact us and ask them.
Once you feel that you have found all the answers the next stage is to seriously think about coming on a visit to see a residential park and the lifestyle the residents enjoy.
On a short-dedicated visit you will have a golden opportunity to talk to residents you meet whilst on the park. Asking them questions at the time is a great idea because you will be hearing about their genuine experiences.
The Costa Difference way is very different. Our testimonials come from the residents themselves face to face. They have all gone through the same experiences. Started by asking questions, then came on a visit. After that it is back to the UK with plenty to think about.
If you do the same and moving to Spain becomes your dream, then we are going to be with you all the way.
There are many “Costa” companies on the internet selling everything to do with Spain but there is only ONE Costa Difference Mobile Homes in Spain. To find us again easily why not bookmark this page. We are at your service.

LATEST NEWS FROM SPAIN
Tens of thousands of Spaniards rallied across the country on Saturday to demand better pensions.
Pensioners braved rain and snow showers as they poured onto the streets of the capital Madrid and Barcelona to vent their anger at conservative Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.
Pensioners all over Spain are fuming after seeing their benefits rise by an annual 0.25 in recent years, well below an official inflation rate of 1.2 percent in 2017.
The government however maintains it must balance the books somehow to stay within EU spending guidelines even as the population ages. The situation made worse of course with Spain having one of Europe's lowest birth rates.
According to Eurostat data, 28.7 percent of residents of EU states will be aged over 65 by 2080, up from 18.9 percent in 2015. Pensions will be a problem for every country by then of course.
