Paradise Park, a residential mobile home park in Spain
Paradise Park in Alicante province Spain is a dedicated 5 star residential retirement mobile home park situated in the Town of Albatera, not far from the wonderful town of Elche. The nearest airport is Alicant which is less than an hours easy drive away thanks to the wonderful motorway network. So are the beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The video of the park below can only give you a flavour of what the park is really like. Visitors who come and see the park always remark on just how good the park is in terms of quality and space. The park is maintained to the highest standards making it very exclusive. We can show you videos and pictures but it is impossible to show you over the internet what the lifestyle feels like.
The facilities on Paradise Park are perfect for a quiet retirement. The mobile home park owners live on the park and look after the day to day needs of the residents. Not speaking Spanish is never a problem here. As part of the service all residents are registered with the local doctors and the local town hall. The park also takes care of the residents registration process. Carefree living starts on day one.
Other facilities on this wonderful park include a full size swimming pool as well as a separate splash pool. There is also a games/meeting room on the park. Paradise Park is very different. It does not have a bar on the park. Residents walk into the town if they want a night out. They are also welcome to take their own food and drink around the pool if having a lazy day there is on the cards. It is the quiet lifestyle that makes Paradise Park so special..
Services offered by the park also include a telephone, Internet, UK TV, 24 hour security and the park being maintained to a 5 star standard.
Because there are already quite a few mobile homes on the park a wonderful community spirit now exists. Making new friends is very easy here. Life is all about enjoying yourself.
The park is designed to offer a place where you can live in peace. You are not living on a holiday park. On Paradise Park you really are a resident. It has been described by a resident on the park as idyllic. For sure that is what everyone wants Paradise to be like.
The costs involved in living on the park are also very simple. To enjoy living on Paradise Park only costs from 350 Euros a month depending on the size of the plot you choose. For that you get a very carefree lifestyle with security. Utilities are metered and of course a lot cheaper than in the UK. Mobile home insurance works out around 200 Euros a year as well. Most residents agree that 500 Euros a month covers all the bills including the park fees. That is why the park is so successful. Anyone can now move to Spain knowing they will be looked after, make new friends, have lots to do and of course know that family and friends are waiting to visit. That is the lifestyle.
For more information why not request a park brochure. Better still, why not come and visit. Strolling around the park chatting to some of the residents is a wonderful learning curve. What also makes the park special is that it does not matter if you are with someone or living on your own, you will meet single people as well as couples when visiting and you will see that the park is all about friendships and the well-being that goes hand in hand with new friends.
We think you now have some idea what to expect on a visit. Visiting costs only £79 per person for a dedicated 4 day 3 night visit. Our visits include airport transfers and hotel accommodation. You will enjoy the Spanish feel in the town as well as the British feel on the park as well. On Paradise Park you have the best of both worlds and nothing beats it.

BUYING A RESALE MOBILE HOME
The process is very easy. First choose from the homes on sale on our website, the homes you would like to view on a visit.
If a home ticks all the boxes during your visit you simply make a purchase request.
If the seller agrees to the sale we then arrange for a legal sales agreement to be drawn up and signed by all parties. This service costs just 200 Euros and it also includes a home check of the boiler, air-conditioning, cooker, fridge and freezer by the park engineers just prior to completion. Paying for this service takes the home off sale straight away.
A 10% deposit is then paid into a "Client Account" within 14 days and remains there until the completion date which will be on or before three months after an offer has been accepted. .
Just prior to the completion date the home is checked, we take possession of the home, and you will be advised to make the final payment to the seller. Once it is confirmed that the payment has been made the home is then yours.
No wonder resale mobile homes are so popular.
BUYING A NEW HOME
Buying a new UK mobile home or a custom-built residential Park Lodge Home is very easy. It simply involves slightly different processes.
For UK manufactured mobile homes we are partnered with Mobile Homes Abroad Ltd the largest exporter of UK mobile homes. Check out the New Mobile Homes link above to see which UK manufacturers are represented.
For Park Lodge Homes designed and built in Alicante and Burgos it is a different process. Once a plot has been reserved you can either buy a predesigned by us home or start designing your own home exactly how you want it.
A short visit to the factory in Alicante is all it takes. Where to put a French Door? Where the lounge should go? What view from the kitchen window? Questions the designer will help you with
We also offer ready designed custom-built Park Lodge homes with a new show area going onto Park La Posada. Check out the Park Lodge Homes link at the top.
New UK mobile home or custom-built residential Park Lodge Home? The choice is yours after you have reserved your plot on a park. New homes require a 35% deposit and the balance paid once the home is ready to be transported from the UK. Park Lodge Homes require a 30% deposit and the balance when the home is ready to leave the factory.
WHY COSTA DIFFERENCE?
The name Costa Difference was chosen for a reason back in 2005. Costa as in Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca, and Difference because we want to show the difference between dedicated genuine residential mobile home parks and tourist camping sites that also allow mobile homes.
Making a difference is all down to being passionate in what we do. We are also working with park owners who share our passion. The result? We are showing wonderful residential mobile home parks that are without doubt the best retirement parks that Spain has to offer.
Having chosen to represent residential parks only we are now tasked by the park owners to help people see for themselves if living in Spain is really for them. Spain does not suit everyone which is why that aspect of what we do is so important.
So where does our service start? We think that perhaps it has already started with you reading this and all the other information we have provided online. Maybe you now have some questions for us? If so please feel free to contact us and ask them.
Once you feel that you have found all the answers the next stage is to seriously think about coming on a visit to see a residential park and the lifestyle the residents enjoy.
On a short-dedicated visit you will have a golden opportunity to talk to residents you meet whilst on the park. Asking them questions at the time is a great idea because you will be hearing about their genuine experiences.
The Costa Difference way is very different. Our testimonials come from the residents themselves face to face. They have all gone through the same experiences. Started by asking questions, then came on a visit. After that it is back to the UK with plenty to think about.
If you do the same and moving to Spain becomes your dream, then we are going to be with you all the way.
There are many “Costa” companies on the internet selling everything to do with Spain but there is only ONE Costa Difference Mobile Homes in Spain. To find us again easily why not bookmark this page. We are at your service.
