BUYING A RESALE MOBILE HOME
The process is very easy. First choose from the homes on sale on our website, the homes you would like to view on a visit.
If a home ticks all the boxes during your visit you simply make a purchase request.
If the seller agrees to the sale we then arrange for a legal sales agreement to be drawn up and signed by all parties. This service costs just 200 Euros and it also includes a home check of the boiler, air-conditioning, cooker, fridge and freezer by the park engineers just prior to completion. Paying for this service takes the home off sale straight away.
A 10% deposit is then paid into a "Client Account" within 14 days and remains there until the completion date which will be on or before three months after an offer has been accepted. .
Just prior to the completion date the home is checked, we take possession of the home, and you will be advised to make the final payment to the seller. Once it is confirmed that the payment has been made the home is then yours.
No wonder resale mobile homes are so popular.
BUYING A NEW HOME
Buying a new UK mobile home or a custom-built residential Park Lodge Home is very easy. It simply involves slightly different processes.
For UK manufactured mobile homes we are partnered with Mobile Homes Abroad Ltd the largest exporter of UK mobile homes. Check out the New Mobile Homes link above to see which UK manufacturers are represented.
For Park Lodge Homes designed and built in Alicante and Burgos it is a different process. Once a plot has been reserved you can either buy a predesigned by us home or start designing your own home exactly how you want it.
A short visit to the factory in Alicante is all it takes. Where to put a French Door? Where the lounge should go? What view from the kitchen window? Questions the designer will help you with
We also offer ready designed custom-built Park Lodge homes with a new show area going onto Park La Posada. Check out the Park Lodge Homes link at the top.
New UK mobile home or custom-built residential Park Lodge Home? The choice is yours after you have reserved your plot on a park. New homes require a 35% deposit and the balance paid once the home is ready to be transported from the UK. Park Lodge Homes require a 30% deposit and the balance when the home is ready to leave the factory.
WHY COSTA DIFFERENCE?
The name Costa Difference was chosen for a reason back in 2005. Costa as in Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca, and Difference because we want to show the difference between dedicated genuine residential mobile home parks and tourist camping sites that also allow mobile homes.
Making a difference is all down to being passionate in what we do. We are also working with park owners who share our passion. The result? We are showing wonderful residential mobile home parks that are without doubt the best retirement parks that Spain has to offer.
Having chosen to represent residential parks only we are now tasked by the park owners to help people see for themselves if living in Spain is really for them. Spain does not suit everyone which is why that aspect of what we do is so important.
So where does our service start? We think that perhaps it has already started with you reading this and all the other information we have provided online. Maybe you now have some questions for us? If so please feel free to contact us and ask them.
Once you feel that you have found all the answers the next stage is to seriously think about coming on a visit to see a residential park and the lifestyle the residents enjoy.
On a short-dedicated visit you will have a golden opportunity to talk to residents you meet whilst on the park. Asking them questions at the time is a great idea because you will be hearing about their genuine experiences.
The Costa Difference way is very different. Our testimonials come from the residents themselves face to face. They have all gone through the same experiences. Started by asking questions, then came on a visit. After that it is back to the UK with plenty to think about.
If you do the same and moving to Spain becomes your dream, then we are going to be with you all the way.
There are many “Costa” companies on the internet selling everything to do with Spain but there is only ONE Costa Difference Mobile Homes in Spain. To find us again easily why not bookmark this page. We are at your service.

LATEST NEWS FROM SPAIN
The head of the Red Cross urged European Union member states on Sunday to follow Spain's example of welcoming the rejected migrant ship and so "put into practice" the humanitarian values currently being promoted by the EU.
Spain has "opened its arms at a time when many countries are rejecting refugees," said Elhadj As Sy of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in the Spanish port of Valencia, where he was overseeing the arrival of 630 migrants from the Aquarius rescue boat.
