First the good news, we have managed once again to negotiate a special offer with the Hotel Castilla in Antequera so that more people can enjoy a 3 day 2 night visit to see the wonderful town of Antequera, the villages of Mollina and Alameda as well as the parks themselves. The offer itself: For the month of April you can now book an Inspection Visit for 4 persons for the price of 3 on all inspection trips booked and taken during the month of April (Flights not included)
This means that if four of you want to come and take a look you only pay the 49.00 per person Inspection Visit charge for three of you, the fourth person enjoys a free stay in Spain comprising of airport transfers, 2 nights hotel accommodation as well as seeing the town, villages and parks.

The only condition is that the accommodation must be a maximum of 2 rooms booked per night, either double or twin.
What will we be showing you? Depending on what time you arrive we normally try and give you a quick guided tour of the parks by car first and then take you to the hotel to relax. We do this so that you have something to talk about during your first evening in Antequera. This is easy as all 3 parks are so different.
Next morning we collect you from the hotel and give you a quick tour of Antequera, you would have seen what the town is like at night already if you were not to tired. We also show you the villages of Mollina and Alameda and of course a more detailed look at the Parks. Once on the parks we will show you the homes that are for sale that are likely to interest you. You will then see what you can get for your money and more to the point you will see all the different models and decking styles..
Anyway enough about Inspection Visits, we do not want to spoil all the fun and we cannot express the wow factor in words anyway.
So what else is new?
With the arrival of spring the swimming pools are being made ready and within 2 weeks we expect them all to be in full swing. It is quite normal for the swimming pools to be open from mid April until the end of October. With spring also comes the ideal temperatures to go off in the car exploring and although the cities of Granada and Sevilla are cold in the winter they are fabulous this time of year. Just check out the weather for Malaga province and you will see what we mean.
There are lots of good hotels right in the city centres so a good weekend away is easily to arrange and you are also making the very most of your home in Spain. Some residents also have their motor homes or caravans here so weekends in Portugal are also a good idea. The Algarve is less than one days drive from here.

As you know we at Costa Difference Ltd normally specialise on resale mobile homes that are sited on the parks near Antequera. Well this month we have something very different to tell you. We have on Park La Posada a brand new 2 bedroom Aitana Prestige ex show home now being sold by our company as a resale even though it is brand new.
How does that work? Well the home has now been sited on a prime plot on phase two and the plot has been gravelled in preparation the same as a resale would be. The sale will also include up to 40 square metres of decking built (the max allowed on the park) which means that as with resale s all the hard work would have been done for you.. You design the decking you want and we get it built straight away. The other news is for those who are also subscribing to the price alert service; you will soon be getting details of a new park near Cordoba that will only have 5 mobile homes and all of them around the swimming pool. The homes are also being sold the same as resales with decking, sheds and everything else in place, so keep an eye on your inbox as there will only be 5 sold. The park already has a hotel, bar/restaurant and of course a lovely swimming pool. The homes have been specially designed by Ibiza Homes so that the French doors at the front open out onto decking overlooking the swimming pool. BUYING A RESALE MOBILE HOME
The process is very easy. First choose from the homes on sale on our website, the homes you would like to view on a visit.
If a home ticks all the boxes during your visit you simply make a purchase request.
If the seller agrees to the sale we then arrange for a legal sales agreement to be drawn up and signed by all parties. This service costs just 200 Euros and it also includes a home check of the boiler, air-conditioning, cooker, fridge and freezer by the park engineers just prior to completion. Paying for this service takes the home off sale straight away.
A 10% deposit is then paid into a "Client Account" within 14 days and remains there until the completion date which will be on or before three months after an offer has been accepted. .
Just prior to the completion date the home is checked, we take possession of the home, and you will be advised to make the final payment to the seller. Once it is confirmed that the payment has been made the home is then yours.
No wonder resale mobile homes are so popular.
BUYING A NEW HOME
Buying a new UK mobile home or a custom-built residential Park Lodge Home is very easy. It simply involves slightly different processes.

For Park Lodge Homes designed and built in Alicante and Burgos it is a different process. Once a plot has been reserved you can either buy a predesigned by us home or start designing your own home exactly how you want it.

New UK mobile home or custom-built residential Park Lodge Home? The choice is yours after you have reserved your plot on a park. New homes require a 35% deposit and the balance paid once the home is ready to be transported from the UK. Park Lodge Homes require a 30% deposit and the balance when the home is ready to leave the factory.

LATEST NEWS FROM SPAIN
A Spanish town in northern Spain has said that it will fine anybody who is seen buying items from illegal street vendors. The fine will be in the form of a fixed penalty of €300.
The order made in the resort of Salou has come in to effect this week with the ruling "The purchase or acquisition in the public space of food, beverages and other products from unauthorized street vending" will be punished with the hefty fine.
In another regulation, the sale or action of street vending “without the corresponding license" will also be sanctioned.
The town council, in a bid to clean up the area, also declared it would penalise those who drop litter without using public bins with fines of between €100 and €400.
