Why buying a re-sale mobile home is such a good option
The first big advantage is that the home is already on the park. The reason why this is an advantage is that as most of the homes are UK manufactured which meant that they had to be transported from the UK. The cost of transport was in the region of £7000 and most people selling do not include the cost of transport when they value the home for resale. In some cases the homes are less than 3 years old which means that you can buy a mint condition home at a very good price indeed.
The second advantage is that everything has already been done,
decking, sheds and air conditioning for example. Wood is one of the few things
that is very expensive in Spain so it is ideal that they are already in place.
Remember these are all extra costs if you buy new. You have to allow at
least £7500
on top of the new mobile home price.
To give you some idea, it is possible to buy a Willerby Granada brand new for
£32500 sited in Spain. The home will be on it's plot with breeze blocks as steps
so that you can get in. Next you have to have the gas installed 400 Euros, Then
the costs begin. Decking, sheds, washing machine garden furniture and much more
right down to the whirligig washing line. You will be amazed at what all this
will cost you. The answer, resale, everything in place with lots of extras and
if you buy right you can get a real bargain. Costa Difference Ltd are not
commission based so your guide on the Inspection Visit will only show you what
you are hoping to find, or at least something very close saving you a lot of
money.
The third advantage is that there is no waiting for your home to be made, delivered and installed as in the case of new mobile homes. You pay for the home and it is yours to use as you wish straight away. You do not have to arrange decking to be built, sheds delivered, find a washing machine or find that there are not all the services connected. For those who are not in a hurry to buy we construct the purchase deal between the vendor and the purchaser so that it takes place over a 6 month period. An initial deposit of £1175 followed by a 10% payment within 30 days and the balance paid within 6 months. It is that easy and we arrange everything. Come take a look and you will see what we mean.
When coming to take a look you will be looking at a real home on an established park and not a field with artists impressions. You will be able to see the effort and care in the way the plots have been established. Everything is connected from water to SKY TV. Nothing is left to chance or promised in the future. We even arrange it so that with some of the homes you can buy it over 6 months giving you time to organise yourself in the UK or better still you can now start the process up to six months before you retire.
