The biggest reason why mobile home parks are so successful is because you are looked after every step of the way as you embark on a brand new lifestyle in Spain. The park is very exclusive and is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Life on the park is very similar to life on a UK mobile home park except once you drive out of the gates you are in real Spain. The village is traditional and of course there is a lot to see and do here. Residential parks are designed with living all year in mind and of course the facilities on offer means your visitors enjoy themselves as well. Joint camping parks change in the summer as they get very busy but residential parks remain the same all year round.

Events such as valentines night entertainment plus coach trips to places like Gibraltar, Sevilla and Granada are organised by the residents themselves. Life is never boring. Other activities include golf, fishing, walking, cycling and dancing along with keep fit classes as well. Walking the dog in the sunshine is so much nicer. |

It is very difficult to describe the lifestyle on the park.
Everyone living on them enjoy different things. Walking is very popular and
there are some great walks with stunning views all around the parks. Living in
Spain offers a much healthier lifestyle as well with plenty of sunshine and
fresh produce in the markets. The Spanish enjoy their food as well as their
fiestas.
Every village has it's own festival and around Antequera there are some very traditional villages.
Not speaking Spanish is not a problem. On the park all the residents are English speakers so new friends and neighbours soon become part of the community. If anything Spanish related needs attention it is simply a matter of popping into the office. They are there to assist and to make sure you have everything you need.
Because the mobile homes are so different the park has developed into a small village with home owners making the most of their deckings with some wonderful flower arrangements. Water is very cheap here in Spain so many use automatic watering systems so the results are fantastic with no effort involved at all.

Is moving to Spain a realistic option? In the Antequera region alone there are 7 parks in total. Like all things in life, some are better than others and some are yet to be fully established, but all either have residents living on them or plots reserved in the case of the very latest parks. Many people have been and seen for themselves and are now in the process of arranging things in the UK so that they can visit again and choose a home on the park they loved. Some others have also taken a look and have decided that it was not for them. In short, if after visiting the area you loved what was shown then moving to Spain is very realistic. It is at that point we are in a position to advise you as to what to do next. In the case of the parks and lifestyle not being what you are looking for then we have done our job and are just as happy with the outcome. The success of the parks depend on the residents being happy and enjoying the lifestyle, new friends and of course the weather. |
