already on the park.

Every village has it's own festival and around Antequera there are some very traditional villages.

That means that the culture shock is non existent as the park reception deals with everything Spanish allowing you to slip gently into as much of the Spanish way of life as you want. Is moving to Spain a realistic option? In the Antequera region alone there are 7 parks in total. Like all things in life, some are better than others and some are yet to be fully established, but all either have residents living on them or plots reserved in the case of the very latest parks. Many people have been and seen for themselves and are now in the process of arranging things in the UK so that they can visit again and choose a home on the park they loved. Some others have also taken a look and have decided that it was not for them. In short, if after visiting the area you loved what was shown then moving to Spain is very realistic. It is at that point we are in a position to advise you as to what to do next. In the case of the parks and lifestyle not being what you are looking for then we have done our job and are just as happy with the outcome. The success of the parks depend on the residents being happy and enjoying the lifestyle, new friends and of course the weather. |

The cost of a resale mobile home in Spain means that for clients who want to down size, the amount of capital they have to enjoy life with is going to be greater here than in the UK. Some clients who own their own home either outright or with a low mortgage are in a position to live here in Spain for free. How does that work? Letting the home. It works like this, if the home is worth more than 330 Euros a month in rent you are able to keep your assets in the UK yet still live the life in Spain. Because the mobile home is fully furnished it makes the letting option worth considering.
