Martin and Steve are assisted by Peter & Jean Williams who are the on site representatives on Park La Posada. They are also Living on Park La Posada themselves means that they can answer all the questions that you may have first hand as they have been through the whole process of settling in Spain to live full time themselves. |

On the second park in Mollina the team are Tom & Sheila Greatorex who have lived on the Park since the beginning. Tom knows the village and area very well. Like Peter & Jean they have made Spain their home and have all the answers to hand. |

The team in Spain can offer advice and show you around and being on the Parks all of them are close by should you want to take a third or fourth look at any time following a fact finding visit.
Finally we introduce a very useful member of the Costa Difference team. Mr Mick Landon is responsible for all under warranty repairs as well as customer service repairs outside of the warranty period. We as a company are now actively promoting the concept of 12 month guarantee on re-sale mobile homes and over the next few weeks you will see more and more offering the 12 month guarantee option.
