The next stage is for us to help you to take a look at the area and residential parks for yourself. We of course offer the usual inspection visit service like everyone else but we also look after customers who are taking a holiday in the area. We arrange to meet them in Antequera and show them around for the day. We do this because spending one day with someone who knows the area and of course the lifestyle itself means you get to learn a lot in one day and have all your questions answered. For those who will be on holiday in Spain without transport we also offer a hotel collection service from certain resorts. For those customers who following a visit then decide to purchase a home at a later date our service really begins. We help them find that perfect home on their chosen park. We then go on to ensure the purchase is very smooth and on time to both the purchasers and sellers satisfaction. We help with all the practical things like advice on Pets Passports for those who have pets as well as advice on how to transport belongings over to Spain if they are planning to live here. We have staff living on the parks themselves which means plenty of support from the enquiry stage through to moving on if that is what they decided to do in the end. If purchasing a home following a visit or two, it is nice to know that we not only take care of the sale process itself but of course the transfer of the park contract. By using a specific client bank account the home is never paid for until the ownership has been transferred making buying the home totally risk free.

Finally, we supply all clients with support telephone numbers both in the UK and Spain prior to moving into their new home. Once on the park itself our staff will be with them to complete all the paperwork required. They do it all the time and before long they are settled in Spain with the registration process taken care of. Peace of mind is what our service is all about.
