A little more information about this great value mobile home.
The home is situated on the
perimeter of the park in an area that is naturally shaded from the rear by
trees. There is a substantial decking of 40 sq mtrs part covered and
weatherproof.
There is a lower decking area as well as a courtyard and shed with electricity.
This is a Spanish built home which offers 2 bedrooms, one the master and the
second a good size with 2 single beds. The open plan lounge kitchen/ diner
benefits from air conditioning. Entrance is by a single door into the centre of
the home (lounge area).
As this is Spanish built home it benefits from shutters on all the windows. This
gives the benefit which I consider to be ideal is that it stops the sun on the
windows when lowered which helps to keep the home cool.
The bathroom has shower toilet and hand basin.
