Choice of mobile or park homes in Spain
A little more information about this great value mobile home.
This home is situated in the
centre of the park, the front faces the road and the rear faces the rear of
other homes. There is a decking to the side with draw around canvas curtains to
give shade from the sun. There is substantial decking to the side and front with
a pergola over the side giving welcome shade from the sun when needed.
On the ground area there is also a nice secluded area with pergola over plus a
shed to the rear of the property.
This is a Spanish built home which offers 2 double bedrooms, one to the front of
the property and one to the rear. The open plan lounge kitchen/ diner is in the
centre of the home. Entrance is by a single door into the centre of the home
(lounge area).
As this is Spanish built home it benefits from shutters on all the windows. This
gives the benefit which I consider to be ideal is that it stops the sun on the
windows when lowered which helps to keep the home cool.
There is however 2 air conditioning units one in the master bedroom which also
has en-suite toilet and hand basin and one in the lounge.
The bathroom has shower toilet and hand basin.
Parking space for your car
