A little more information about this great value mobile home.
This home is really as new, it has been used by the current owner as a holiday home.
The home is situated on the perimeter of the park, and is also on the corner of
the roadway; therefore there is a big gap between this home and the home next
door on the elevation where the entrance door is.
The layout of this home is a little different to the norm in as much as the
kitchen/diner is on the front of the home with the lounge in the middle of the
home, personally I like this.
The home benefits from 2 air conditioning units, one in the lounge and another
in the master bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The home has a separate toilet and shower room, the shower room being accessible
from both the hallway and the master bedroom.
Outside the home has a substantial decking area with two wrought iron pergolas.
There is a lower block paved courtyard area with table and chairs plus shed.
