A well looked after home on a
nice laid out plot on the perimeter of the park giving privacy from the rear as
there are no homes behind just a landscaped area used for access by maintenance
staff.
The home benefits from a large square decking with wrought iron pergola and
canvas top to give welcome shade in the summer. Upon the decking the furniture
is included comprising of hardwood chairs and bench seat with small table. There
is also a further table and 4 chairs along with a drinks trolley (drinks not
included).
The home has an open plan lounge/kitchen diner area. The home benefits from full
central heating as well as air conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom.
The bath room has both shower toilet and hand basin and is entered from the
hallway. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet & hand basin plus walk in
wardrobe.
