If you can answer the following questions YES then it is well worth considering relocating your mobile home from the park it is on in the UK
to a brand new park in Spain or from the park in Spain that it is on at the moment and once again live life to the full. The better the park the more the home is worth.
Question 1/ Is the home not more than 5 years old?
Question 2/ Can the home be taken off the park and loaded onto a transporter with relative ease?
Question 3/ Will it be residential or used as a holiday home solely by the owners.
