Selling your mobile home first and then buying a mobile home again in Spain can cost you as much as relocating the one you have.
So why relocate? If you have to sell your existing home first
and then buy another mobile home in Spain you have 3 problems. Firstly you could
be loosing as much as £15,000 GBP on the home that you are selling. Secondly if
buying a new one you will still be paying the entrance fee (charged by all parks
in the UK and in Spain) as well as the transport and connection charge. The
third problem is the time all this will take especially now there is a credit
crisis. Relocating means you can be settled in a matter of weeks and it could
save you anything from £7,000 GBP to £12,000 GBP taking into account the price
drop you would need to consider if trying to sell and existing home.

The parks have very spacious 200 sq metre plots. Site fees are 300 Euros a month on the latest park Las Vistas and 328 Euros a month on Parque La Posada There is no other local charges to pay. If your home is already on a park on the coast you could be paying between 500 and 700 Euros a month in site fees making even more sense to relocate the mobile home. |
