How we can help you move your existing mobile home to sell on an established residential style park in Spain
So, you have a very nice mobile home for sale already in Spain. It lies empty whilst on sale on the camping site or park it is on at present because you are no longer living there and yet you are paying the same monthly rent as if you were still living in it. There is now an answer. Park La Posada with Costa Difference Ltd (Resale mobile homes) and Park Home Spain SL (New Homes) now have a show park section on the park that is dedicated to selling mobile homes off site. What that means is that by moving your mobile home off the park that is charging the full site fees per month onto the La Posada show park you can still sell the home but are free from paying the full monthly site fees as if occupied.
This "for sale" relocation option is ideal for those who are trying to sell a mobile home on a camp site or a park with lots of mobile homes for sale.

Selling your mobile home on Park La Posada allows both British & Spanish clients to come and see your home with a view to buying it.
So why relocate in order to sell it? On Park La Posada there
is no charge at all for six months. If you are paying for example 550 Euros a
month (which some of the camp sites are charging) then straight away you will be saving 3300 Euros and the home can still be
shown to prospective buyers and possibly sold during that 6 month period. For
the second six months you
only pay 50 Euros + IVA a month if your home has not sold. If you are unfortunate and
have not sold it after a year you will then pay only 100 Euros a month + IVA for
a further 12 months which is
still a massive saving on the rental charges being charged on the parks at the
present time.

The big advantage of selling your mobile home on the La Posada show park is that Costa Difference Ltd will advertise the home and any prospective purchaser can buy the home and then install it either on the park of their choice or on their own piece of land. Buyers get to see the home for sale on a quality park. Inspection visits are arranged for buyers to view from the UK as part of the service |

The park itself and Costa Difference Ltd actively try and sell the home on your behalf and we only charge 10% commission for this service. That means the home is secure on the show park whilst it is up for sale and you are not paying the high monthly fees that you are paying at present.
What is involved? The only initial cost would be to transport the home onto Park La Posada. The savings in present monthly rental charges makes moving the home an obvious choice.
The transport depends on where in Spain your home is but getting a basic quote is very easy, simply contact us telling us where your home is and how easy it would be to load it onto a transporter.
