So, you have a very nice mobile home for sale already in Spain. It lies empty whilst on sale on the camping site or park it is on at present because you are no longer living there and yet you are paying the same monthly rent as if you were still living in it. Selling your mobile home on The Show Park allows both British & Spanish clients to come and see your home with a view to buying it.
So why relocate in order to sell it? If you are paying full
rent every month and the home is empty on a park that is difficult to sell a
mobile home on then you are basically trapped. Not so when selling a home on the
show park. Firstly you only pay 60 Euros a month security whilst it is on sale
on the park instead of full monthly fees. Secondly the home can be sold on the
park or off the park which means the clients who might buy the home can be
British or Spanish.
