What can we tell you about the four parks? Firstly Park La Viña and Saydo Park in the village of Mollina are well established and the village has a very relaxed feel to it. Another park is Park La Posada in Alameda where there are many residents who are coming up to their 5th year of living in Spain and the community spirit on the park bears testament to that fact. The fourth park is Flamingo Park in the village of Fuente de Piedra where the famous Flamingo Lake is situated. All the parks have all the facilities from swimming pools to bars and restaurants either on the park itself or very close by. The residents on all parks enjoy each others entertainment and with all parks being quite close together everyone enjoys a large circle of friends. Retiring to Spain is so easy on a quality mobile home park and with Park La Viña, Saydo Park, Flamingo Park and Park La Posada you are lucky to be able to see all parks in just one short visit and see just how different they all are.

Life is never boring here. Each park is very different and the only way to get a feel of the parks is to come and visit. We love showing the parks and watching peoples reactions and there is always one park that they liked the most. A day on the parks with us equals months on the internet and you will be able to speak to the residents as well. All the parks are so different. That is what makes them so interesting.

The swimming pools on two of the parks (shown above) are exclusive to the residents. Saydo Park goes one better and has an Olympic size swimming pool as well as an indoor pool. The parks also have manned receptions by English speaking Spanish staff so help with translations is never far away. Park La Posada also has a hotel and restaurant outside. Both parks have 24 hour security.

The lifestyle is what living on a mobile home park is all about. It is extremely difficult to show you on the internet what life is like on the parks. Each park has it's own community and all the residents enjoy the security and relaxed lifestyle that both parks offer. Ask any resident as you walk round the park what the lifestyle means to them. You will be surprised. |

Making new friends is very easy. Each park organises its own entertainment and events such as day trips to Gibraltar. You can join in or simply live the way you want to. Peace and quite is guaranteed and of course both parks have all the facilities and support making it very easy for single people as well as couples to retire to Spain in a very cost effective way |
