There is a master double bedroom  and second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms are en suite. Kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge, freezer and a nearly new dishwasher. One of the few homes that has a bath as well as a shower.

Further fixtures include 2 air conditioning units along with a shed fitted with washer dryer.

Home has well made decking and a covered pergola fitted with electric spotlights.

The home enjoys a prime location on the Park being near the swimming pools and due to the elevation you can also enjoy great views of the mountains. A water feature adds to the relaxed feel of the decking area. Garden area surrounding the home is very private.
