MOBILE HOME IN SPAIN NEWSLETTER ARCHIVE SEP 2008
Sept 2008 ** Some of the content might not be relevant on the date of reading this**
September is here again and that means the hottest months of summer have ended and one of the best times to be in Spain has arrived. Not too hot yet fantastic weather to get out and enjoy yourselves.
Two of the team however will not be enjoying the weather throughout September as they will be in the UK Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st of September at Westfield Caravans of Blackpool. They are there as part of the annual weekend shows that Westfield Caravans hold to exhibit the new models being launched for 2009. They are there to give the show a Spanish feel.
It will be Martin & Derick who will be there during those two days and for those who are thinking of retiring to Spain you will have a golden opportunity to ask as many questions as you would like, see photos of La Posada Park as well as get to see over 50 display mobile home models as well. The stand will be easy to find. Knowing Martin it will be near the food hall.
If you are lucky enough to live close to Blackpool it will be great to see you if you fancy a good day out either on the Saturday or the Sunday and for those who live further away why not think about planning a weekend away, you will get to see the lights as well. Steve will be happy to send directions to Westfield Caravans if required. Simply e-mail him on email@example.com
Why Blackpool we hear you ask. Well it is quite simple; we work very closely with Westfield Caravans and our customers actually buy the mobile home direct from them. This means that as soon as you have bought the home the home is yours and all that remains is for us to get it to Spain and site it on your pre chosen plot. The whole deal is as safe as houses if you excuse the pun.
One other reason for using Westfield Caravans is that they have a huge display of mobile homes from all the major manufacturers, you also get the chance to snap up the ex display special offers that they run on a regular basis saving 1000,s of pounds
For those customers who prefer to buy a resale with all the hard work done there are some real bargains to be had. On Park La Vina there is an Atlas Status at a ridiculous price of 29,500 and what is more it is on an end plot with views as well. On Park La Posada there is a good selection of homes that are less than 4 years old including an Atlas Oakwood Super for only 39,995. Take a look at the park itself on www.parquelaposada.com and you will see what a fantastic park it really is.
For those who are serious about retiring to Spain now is a good time to come and see for yourself. You then have a choice of new and resale. Flight deals are now back on after the summer rush and for the second year running we will be maintaining our 3 day 2 night inspection visits at only 49 per person based on 2 people sharing a hotel room. You can if you wish extend the visit to 5 nights at a cost of only 18.00 per person per night which will give you a further 3 days to enjoy the town of Antequera if you wish. Time to check out the flight deals offered by the low cost airlines we think. If it is more information you would like simply fill in the form at https://www.costadifference.com/mobilehomeinspection_trips.htm and we will e-mail them to you.

BUYING A RESALE MOBILE HOME
The process is very easy. First choose from the homes on sale on our website, the homes you would like to view on a visit.
If a home ticks all the boxes during your visit you simply make a purchase request.
If the seller agrees to the sale we then arrange for a legal sales agreement to be drawn up and signed by all parties. This service costs just 200 Euros and it also includes a home check of the boiler, air-conditioning, cooker, fridge and freezer by the park engineers just prior to completion. Paying for this service takes the home off sale straight away.
A 10% deposit is then paid into a "Client Account" within 14 days and remains there until the completion date which will be on or before three months after an offer has been accepted. .
Just prior to the completion date the home is checked, we take possession of the home, and you will be advised to make the final payment to the seller. Once it is confirmed that the payment has been made the home is then yours.
No wonder resale mobile homes are so popular.
BUYING A NEW HOME
Buying a new UK mobile home or a custom-built residential Park Lodge Home is very easy. It simply involves slightly different processes.
For UK manufactured mobile homes we are partnered with Mobile Homes Abroad Ltd the largest exporter of UK mobile homes. Check out the New Mobile Homes link above to see which UK manufacturers are represented.
For Park Lodge Homes designed and built in Alicante and Burgos it is a different process. Once a plot has been reserved you can either buy a predesigned by us home or start designing your own home exactly how you want it.
A short visit to the factory in Alicante is all it takes. Where to put a French Door? Where the lounge should go? What view from the kitchen window? Questions the designer will help you with
We also offer ready designed custom-built Park Lodge homes with a new show area going onto Park La Posada. Check out the Park Lodge Homes link at the top.
New UK mobile home or custom-built residential Park Lodge Home? The choice is yours after you have reserved your plot on a park. New homes require a 35% deposit and the balance paid once the home is ready to be transported from the UK. Park Lodge Homes require a 30% deposit and the balance when the home is ready to leave the factory.
WHY COSTA DIFFERENCE?
The name Costa Difference was chosen for a reason back in 2005. Costa as in Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca, and Difference because we want to show the difference between dedicated genuine residential mobile home parks and tourist camping sites that also allow mobile homes.
Making a difference is all down to being passionate in what we do. We are also working with park owners who share our passion. The result? We are showing wonderful residential mobile home parks that are without doubt the best retirement parks that Spain has to offer.
Having chosen to represent residential parks only we are now tasked by the park owners to help people see for themselves if living in Spain is really for them. Spain does not suit everyone which is why that aspect of what we do is so important.
So where does our service start? We think that perhaps it has already started with you reading this and all the other information we have provided online. Maybe you now have some questions for us? If so please feel free to contact us and ask them.
Once you feel that you have found all the answers the next stage is to seriously think about coming on a visit to see a residential park and the lifestyle the residents enjoy.
On a short-dedicated visit you will have a golden opportunity to talk to residents you meet whilst on the park. Asking them questions at the time is a great idea because you will be hearing about their genuine experiences.
The Costa Difference way is very different. Our testimonials come from the residents themselves face to face. They have all gone through the same experiences. Started by asking questions, then came on a visit. After that it is back to the UK with plenty to think about.
If you do the same and moving to Spain becomes your dream, then we are going to be with you all the way.
There are many “Costa” companies on the internet selling everything to do with Spain but there is only ONE Costa Difference Mobile Homes in Spain. To find us again easily why not bookmark this page. We are at your service.

The head of the Red Cross urged European Union member states on Sunday to follow Spain's example of welcoming the rejected migrant ship and so "put into practice" the humanitarian values currently being promoted by the EU.
Spain has "opened its arms at a time when many countries are rejecting refugees," said Elhadj As Sy of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in the Spanish port of Valencia, where he was overseeing the arrival of 630 migrants from the Aquarius rescue boat.
