MOBILE HOME IN SPAIN NEWSLETTER ARCHIVE OCT 2011
Oct 2011** Some of the content might not be relevant on the date of reading this**
Latest: A home was added to our website recently that means it is now possible to come and live in Spain on the 5* Park La Posada for only 20,000. This home is fantastic value. Now more than ever people looking to sell their homes in the UK and move to Spain to enjoy retirement to the full without any money worries whatsoever can do so easily.
Summer is almost over: Now that the summer is coming to an end the residents can now enjoy the perfect time of year. Plenty of sunshine and pleasant evenings means much more is done on and off the park. Excursions to places like Gibraltar and Granada can be planned by the residents once more. The bowls club formed by the residents will be in full swing and looking forward to matches with other clubs on the Costa del Sol. Residents who like fishing will be going out for the day once more as they to have formed themselves into a club. It is the lifestyle that makes living on a dedicated residential mobile home park so different. All you have to worry about is how to enjoy life. You are free to take part in as much or as little as you like.
The park will also be welcoming five new residents this month as their homes start to arrive from both the UK and other parks in Spain. Steve and the team were busy over the summer showing clients who already own mobile homes the park and area. Some of the mobile home owners took advantage of our dedicated three day visits in order to see the area and of course the quality of the park itself giving them time to choose the perfect plot for their home. We are now very confident following many comments whilst on the park that Park La Posada now exceeds almost every park there is in the UK as well as Spain now in terms of quality and facilities.
Open all year: Because Park La Posada is a dedicated residential retirement park it remains open all year round and is very different to most of the mobile home parks in the UK which are only open 10 months of the year.
Although some of the home owners on the park do use their homes for long vacations until the time they actually retire it is fair to say that most home owners are resident now all year. The community spirit that has developed as a result means that new residents soon settle in and are getting as much help settling in from the residents themselves as well as the park reception.
Question asked this month: On top of the park fees are there any council taxes to pay as well? The answer is no, the only things you pay for are gas, water, electric, internet and satellite, much the same as you do in the UK. The park fees are there to provide the security and top class facilities as well as providing a system in place that ensures the residents are very well looked after. A stroll around the park will soon show you what a fantastic idea a dedicated residential retirement park really is. Everything is provided for including an interpreter to arrange all the registrations such as with the doctors.
New mobile home of the month: The Villa Delta is a home that is well worth taking a good look at. At only 39,995 fully installed on the park it is great value for money. It is a very modern design and the lounge is just perfect for Spain letting in lots of light. Add to that the chance to tint the windows as well it can be a home with a big difference. As with all our new mobile homes only a deposit is required before the home has arrived on the park.
Resale home of the month: Apart from the Willerby Salisbury which has just come on the market we can also offer an ABI Ashbourne at only 24,995 or near offer. This home is ready to move straight into and again is great value. We have always said that the lifestyle on the park is what makes living on Park La Posada so special. Resale mobile homes allow you to be part of that lifestyle straight away as everything is already in place.
