MOBILE HOME IN SPAIN NEWSLETTER ARCHIVE JULY 2013

Posted on March 29, 2017 by @cad in Newsletters Archive 2013

July 2013** Some of the content might not be relevant on the date of reading this**

July is here: There are not that many days when it rains in Spain as everyone knows, but if there was ever a month that the residents can plan a BBQ with friends, knowing they will be outside all night then this is the month to do it. It is also the month to spend some lazy days by the pool. Yes July can be a little on the warm side so residents will not be sitting about in the sunshine. It might sound daft but after being in Spain a few years, one does become acclimatised, and so July is no longer feared by many of the longer term residents. Others pop back to the UK to visit friends and family during the month praying it is not going to be raining all the time they are back in the UK.

Second Spanish Experience week: Still a few places left for the second Spanish Experience week beginning on the 23rd of September. Places are filling fast and we are sure they will find the experience invaluable if the first one is anything to go by.

The week on offer will again include airport transfers, 7 nights accommodation in the Hotel Castilla in the heart of Antequera, as well as all the day trips and lifestyle experiences that will be arranged throughout that week.

The cost of the Costa Difference unique 7 night Spanish lifestyle experience will remain the same at only 125 per person based on two people sharing a room in the hotel or 175 if anyone wishes to come on their own. Low cost flights, meals and drinks are not included but the day trips out as well as the airport transfers are included which is why it is such great value. Steve and Martin s services are also included and of course they will also be answering all your questions throughout the week.

Park news: July will be a very busy month for Martin who is now working again following events during the last Spanish Experience week in May. Newsletter subscribers who were on the trip itself will smile when we say it is a sign of the times. He was after all only supposed to be helping out for that one week only.

His role this month however, is to manage the team creating three new websites. One will be dedicated to Park La Vina with a second dedicated to Park La Posada. Both will be rich in media content with the very latest pictures and videos. He will be spending a week on both parks capturing lifestyle shots as well as updating many of the mobile home photos as well. The third website will be all about the lifestyle on the parks and not about selling mobile homes at all.

It is interesting to note that on both parks there are fishing clubs that were formed by the residents themselves, plus on La Posada there is also a bowls club thanks to the fact that Park La Posada has its own four lane competition standard outdoor bowls green.

The website will be about all the activities residents enjoy as part of their wonderful retirement lifestyle, which is why it will not be promoting mobile homes at all. It will be all about life in paradise on the Costa del Sol and will be linked to the Antequera Spain website.

September show in Hull: With Martin back it means Costa Difference will also be attending the LAWNS Caravan & Mobile Home show in Hull this year after two years absence. The main show for the public is on the 7th and 8th of September and in attendance will be both Steve and Martin. They will be armed with lots of information as well as being in a position to offer advice on which new home models at the show are better suited to life in Spain. Park La Posada has some 200 sq mtr plots with full concrete bases connected to all mains services ready.

Being the only company left in Spain now that specialises solely on residential retirement parks on the Costa del Sol, it is nice to know that you will be talking to experts in the field of choosing the best residential park and matching it with the best mobile home. We will publish Steve s and Martin s UK mobile phone numbers in next month s newsletter so you can call them if you are at the show but can not find the park display stand.

Resale homes: There are now many resale mobile home models for sale all over Spain manufactured by all the major UK manufacturers over the years, many of them having improvements made to furniture, fixtures and fittings that make them stand out. The homes for sale on Park La Posada and Park La Vina are not however cheap holiday homes. They are quality residential mobile homes on gold standard dedicated residential parks.

With every park there are always resale mobile homes for sale as owners circumstances change, and La Vina and La Posada are no exception. However, is nice to report to you that in many cases owners on La Posada and La Vina decide to sell their mobile home because they now have the confidence to live in Spain without the care and support the parks offer. Many stay in the local villages mixing it with the Spanish having sold their mobile home. The money goes back in the bank (not that they give you much for it) and they are still enjoying the lifestyle. The result of which now means that the ex-pat community in the villages are no longer all mobile home residents. They are however, all friends and neighbours just the same.

2500 anyone? Here is an interesting offer being made to newsletter subscribers only for now.

On Park La Posada there is an ABI mobile home for sale for 25,000 (29LP) including a lot of decking as well as a car port. The home is indeed very special and so is this special offer.

If you were to offer the asking price of the home during a visit to the park the deposit required within 7 days would be 2500 (10%) with the balance due up to three months later on the chosen completion date. If however you were lucky enough to get a lower offer accepted for the home at the time, then the 10% deposit required would be less.

With this special offer it will be Costa Difference Ltd who will pay straight away your 10% deposit required to secure the home. Even better than that is that we will also pay any balance left over from the 10% deposit (up to a total of 2500) to the park management to go towards the utility bills for the home in question once the home sale has been completed. In other words you will be guaranteed 2500 no matter how much you buy the home for and you will not have to pay the 10% deposit.

Terms and conditions: This offer can not be combined with any other offer made previously by the company and you must not have made any offer on any other mobile home on the park in the past 12 months. The idea of the offer is to help a lucky client or clients secure their dream home now and time their purchase for later in the year when moving to Spain for the winter will be a fantastic idea. The ABI Beverly is a modern well designed mobile home and can be compared with the Willerby Winchester in terms of quality.

This special offer is possible thanks to the support of the owners of Park La Posada who are committed to helping people live the dream in retirement. A photo of the home and video of the park can be seen on our new Facebook page after many requests for us as a company to have one. https://www.facebook.com/CostaDifference

Finally: We say all the time to our visitors that mobile homes are really large bedrooms with a kitchen and bathroom. The decking becomes the living room and the quality of the park determines the lifestyle. A home with a wonderful decking already built is a bonus. It means your living room is ready to enjoy straight away. If it is also on an end plot or the decking has views all round then you are already well on the way to enjoying a great lifestyle.

Are we right in what we say? Those who came on the Spanish Experience week thought so.

That is it for this month, for those already booked to visit Spain in July we look forward to seeing you soon. Do not forget the sun glasses and of course sun cream. No need to bring an umbrella. No doubt Martin and Steve will need one in Hull in September though.
