Suzanne will be working for you, the Costa Difference client, enabling you to let your home in the UK so that buying a mobile home in Spain becomes a reality and not just a dream. Once she starts work she is on hand to guide you through the whole process and the service will also include the issuing of the second contract that is due after 6 months. In order that the service is not abused it is necessary to have a £50 registration fee that is fully refundable after purchasing a mobile home through Costa Difference Ltd either resale or new. When you register (see form below) with Costa Difference Ltd you will be given a unique client number that is valid for 12 months. Only registered clients will be able to use this service. The only expense involved with this service is an Admin Fee if £45 to cover all the legal side of the letting process. This includes the issuing of rental contracts during the first 12 months. A cost effective way of letting your home as a Costa Difference client.

It will only cost £45 plus the price of the advert (if required) in the local paper should you buy your mobile home in Spain through Costa Difference Ltd.
