Approaching retirement we decided we would like to move to a warmer climate.

Researching all possibilities we came across Costadifference.

We were already planning a holiday in France and a visit to my brother in Murcia so decided to extend the trip and drive down to Malaga. We arranged to visit La Posada in May to look around. We spent a morning with Peter and Jean looking around the park and also viewing some of the available homes. The park is great, very well maintained all communal areas were spotless and the people we met were very friendly We were very impressed and 3 weeks later returned for a 3 day inspection visit. Peter and Jean were extremely helpful and were able to answer all our questions. After viewing more homes and enjoying many cups of tea we found our future home. We are both delighted with our purchase and are looking forward to returning for a few weeks in September and then making the final move early next year.

What a wonderful time we had on our 2 day viewing trip. Even though we were given all the information we needed during our stay we wish we could have stayed longer. We were really surprised that during our time with you we were not pressured in any way to buy a mobile home, We thank you very much for all the help and information you gave us about the life style in Spain, We found the homes on La Posada to be off a very high standard and the site was beautiful. The residents already living on the Park made us feel so welcome . What a lovely community, please say a huge thank you in particular to Jean and Pete for all those welcome cups of tea and chats. We would certainly recommend anyone thinking of viewing to go with Costa Difference. Peter and I feel it is a case of not if we relocate to Park La Posada but when, As soon as we sort things out here in the UK we will join you out there in Spain. Thank you so much Martin for all the hard work you put into our visit as well as the other things you did for us which you did not have to do so. Please also thank all the staff in the hotel Castilla for their excellent service and for making us so welcome even though we spoke no Spanish.. Pete and Beryl Davies

Hi Martin Thanks for your help on my visit. I have never felt so relaxed with no pressure to 'buy'. All the sites were great but Parque La Posada is the real jewel. Thanks also for helping to overcoming some problems I had. You spent a lot of time listening, presenting me with solutions which resulted in my decision to reserve a plot.

Thank you for the efficient service we received from you on our inspection tour. Special thanks to Derek for the info he made available before the visit and Martin, Tom, Peter and their respective wives for the valuable info and tour, plus their hospitality during our stay. We are awaiting the completion on our Mobile Home and then look forward to moving in October.

Thank you Steve so very much for showing us two of the three parks in Antequera. We feel your professionalism and customer service was second to none. Not at any time did we feel pressurised into sales with you to buy a mobile home all throughout our 3 day stay, although we fell in love with both parks and the people immediately. They were all so friendly and made you feel so welcome. Thank you Peter and Jean and Tom for all your precious time you spent with us explaining all about the parks and the area. Also thanks for numerous drinks given. Especially Tom thank you for sun cream, sun hat and bottle of water!
Both parks had a lovely community feel about them and just talking to the people above when we left we felt we had known them for ages.
Absolutely bowled over and can't wait to be part of that community out there with you guys.
Unfortunately it will not be straight away as we have business commitments here in UK. However, our plan is to be living there by September 2010 Anyone thinking of a visit please don't think it do it! You will not be disappointed Once again many thanks to all the team in Spain and Derek in UK for organising our wonderful trip

Dear Steve we would like to say a huge thank you. What a wonderful time we had with you seeing the surrounding area around the Parks. We were extremely impressed with the Parks, they were everything we expected and more. Our only problem is deciding which Park to choose, as they are both fantastic in different ways. La Posada has that wow factor as soon as you enter the Park. La Vina has the added bonus of being so close to the village you could walk if you wish, plus the health centre is there. We would like to thank Jean at La Posada for inviting us into her home and a welcome cup of coffee and interesting chat with lots of tips on our forth coming move. Also a huge thanks to Tom at La Vina for showing us around the Park. His input was great giving us a lot to think about. We also loved the thought of having an allotment by the Park. After completing lots of research into buying a mobile home in Spain; I decided to book my trip with Costa Difference, mainly because they gave me the impression they were genuine. I was not disappointed, my inspection trip was everything I had hoped for, informative, truthful, enjoyable and fun. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by the lovely Jean and Peter everything was explained in an honest and detailed way. The Inspection day with Martin was a great way to see the 3 parks, villages and the surrounding areas. Martin was a great guide; nothing was too much trouble and there was not a sign of 'hard sell', quite the opposite, the only thing that was sold was the life style and I decided this was definitely one that I want. La Posada was my choice and I am now looking forward to putting plans in place ready for next year. So big thanks again to the team for all your help and friendship and look forward to seeing you all in the New year, Have a good Christmas. Roz

I would like to thank you for an enjoyable tour of your three sites. I would like to thank Steve for coming across as a friend, rather than a salesman. He put us both at ease and applied no pressure in selling the homes. We have now made up our minds to buy one of these homes in the spring of 2009, after we have sold our own property.

Just arrived back from the best 4 days we have ever spent abroad. The welcome we had was second to none, everyone was so welcoming and friendly - a real happy community and the parks and homes are absolutely beautiful. No hard sell but it's not needed because the lifestyle sells itself and next stop this morning is the Estate Agents to put the house up for sale. We cannot wait to go back permanently. There were tears when we left to come back and not just from us. We truly feel that we have made real friends and would be so happy to live there. A thousand thanks for everything Pauline and Martin (2) - nothing was too much trouble, you really are exceptional people. Also many thanks to Martin (1) from Costa Difference for making this all possible.

After looking on the 'Costa Difference' website for the past two years I decided it was time to take the plunge and go on an inspection visit even though it had to be on my own this time. I was met by Martin who made me feel very welcome. His knowledge of the Country and the information he relayed to me was first class. He had shown me several of the  parks during the morning but little did I know that the last one Park La Posada was going to be the icing on the cake, pure luxury and it ticked all the right boxes. I had a great couple of days (even though the airport staff at Dusseldorf binned practically all of my personal wash kit)! Within 36hrs of arriving home I booked another visit, this time with my wife Karen. We are now looking forward to meeting the team again in September , Martin particularly with his sense of humour and jokes. Peter Lewis
 

Thanks to Martin and Suzanne in Spain for a lovely welcome that was given to the both of us , we had a good fact finding visit, nothing was to much trouble for the team in Spain and no pressure was put on us at all to buy , we met a couple of friends in Martin & Suzanne. also thanks to the park residents who made us welcome on our " walk about " on Park La Posada, a big thank you to all .

Just returned back from our second Inspection Trip, and have now purchased a beautiful home on Parque La Posada. This was mostly to the help of all the Costa Difference team. Thank you especially to Martin and Suzanne for guiding us around and taking good care of us. A special mention to Peter and Jean for the all the pictures sent prior to the visit and hospitality given on the visit itself. Not forgetting as well the residents we met whilst we were at the park, they were all very welcoming and we look forward to seeing the all again very soon. Peter Lewis

We visited two parks last week with the intention, hopefully, of finding a home that we liked and to set the wheels in motion to purchase it. Peter & Jean greeted us at our hotel and Tom & Sheila showed us several homes on La Vina before we went on to La Posada where we have found the homes of our dreams. Within 3 days, Peter made all the necessary arrangements for our offer to be accepted, a deposit paid, the exchange of contracts and a completion date agreed. He and Jean were very kind to us throughout, going out of their way to introduce us to other home owners and take us on a trip to the Lakes. Costa Difference is as straight forward as it says on their website and we cannot recommend the service highly enough. Colin & Stephanie

Steve, What can we say about the the wonderful time we had with you and your team. We have learnt so much about the different parks and what they all had to offer. We met so many lovely and friendly people on all the parks and everybody was ready to help you. It was very helpful to see brand new and resale homes on the parks, which gives us the different choices to decide from. Mike wanted to look at brand new and by the end was convinced to buy a resale home instead. You and Tom have been very helpful in showing us the different towns and what was available in them i.e. banks, medical centre, shops and even the garage to look at cars etc. The whole trip has help has greatly to now decide to move to Spain and we are hoping to see you again shortly once our business has been sold. Mike has had all the photos developed this morning and we are off to show our friends Steve and Diana tonight. Diana was on the phone last night asking how it all went. Hi to everyone at Posada. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Peter and Jean for their time and patience when we visited the Park February. Like all the people on your feedback we were made to feel quite at home and the funny thing was we felt we'd known everyone for years. We reserved a plot and are now having plans drawn up for our new home. Cant wait to have the home sited and get into that lovely carefree lifestyle, wish it was tomorrow. Will be driving down to posada in June to have another look at the plot and say hello to everyone there. Lynda and Phil.

The trip has ruined our lives, we are now desperate to move to Spain!!!
We had a thoroughly enjoyable and very informative trip around the parks which we were very impressed with, definitely food for thought and far better than we could ever have expected. From beginning to end Steve and Martin couldn't possibly have been more accommodating, even helping us out when we had an unscheduled few hours in "urgencias" at the hospital. That was quite an experience in itself, the hospital staff were brilliant, as was Steve, giving up his time to turn up and interpret for us, and the whole experience instilled confidence, as it was far superior to anything you'd ever see in the UK. Thanks again Steve for all your help. We have decided which park would suit us best and even have a good idea which plot we'd like. We may have to wait a year or two but this is definitely in our plans for the future. In the meantime we're learning the lingo and looking forward to our next visit. Can't recommend a visit with Costadifference enough if you're thinking of retiring to the real Spain. Thanks Guys. Gary & Jan

This is the very first time we have left feedback and we think it is important for us to leave it as it will be coming from two people who will not be buying. If Costa Difference publish this then we know they are prepared to let non buyers give feedback as well. The visit was very professional and Martin (our guide) was exactly where he said he would be in Malaga Airport. He then took us to the hotel in Antequera. The town is very Spanish. We on the other hand had spent many holidays on the Costa's and of course was looking for much the same, English bars and everyone speaking English. We have to say that in Antequera there is not an English breakfast to be had for love or money. It was at that point we decided that the area was not for us. The rest of the visit was great. The parks fantastic but because it was in "real Spain" as Martin kept reminding us we were never going to settle there. For visitors who love real Spain then going to take a look is a must. For visitors who want Spain by the sea with English bars and English food then like us you will be disappointed. We have to thank Martin, Peter and Jean for being very honest in telling us not to even consider moving to that part of Spain. For us it was "hard sell" in reverse. He spent more time telling us not to buy. Anyway, many thanks for the experience and we wish all the staff of Costa Difference that we met all the very best for 2011. Martyn and Katherine Robson
